Job Summary (Production Assembler Technician):
- Assemble, test, and document products, including using software-driven test tools as needed
- Manufacture, produce, and service drone, aerospace, and defense products
- Ensure on-time assembly, quality control, packaging, and shipping for US and international orders
- Receive inventory and non-inventory materials and manage inventory accuracy
- Process work orders (WO’s) and conduct transactions in the ERP system
- Produce new units and perform repair, modification, or overhaul of customer returned units
- Evaluate, estimate, and complete repairs to meet manufacturing specifications
- Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and team communication
- Follow company goals, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams and demonstrate problem-solving abilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office software for communications and documentation
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, climbing, and moving between departments
- Work in diverse environments, such as offices, warehouses, and outdoor facilities
- No clearance or travel required; must have legal right to work in the United States
- Requires Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, preferably with 5 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing

Salary : $30 - $35
