Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal based in Alpharetta, GA. The Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, organizing case files, and assisting with probate and estate planning processes. The role involves direct communication with clients, maintaining case schedules, drafting and preparing court petitions, court follow-up, drafting estate planning documents, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a thorough understanding of Probate and Estate Planning
- Experience with both estate planning and probate document preparation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Research and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal software and technology is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is a plus
- Previous experience in Estate Planning and Probate is required
