Position Summary
Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the facility. This will be a 4 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Manage onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and system setup
- Coordinate and track employee training programs, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Facilitate new hire orientations and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
- Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation and basic investigations
- Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Salary : $26 - $28
