THE STEPHENSON NATIONAL BANK & TRUST Part Time Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to be the face of our bank. As a part time CSR, you’ll provide exceptional service, handle financial transactions with accuracy, and support customers with their banking needs in courteous and professional manner. What You'll Do:
· Customer Service Excellence and Relationship Development:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all bank deposit products and services, identifying customer needs through friendly, engaging interactions and recommending appropriate solutions. Consistently deliver exceptional service by actively listening, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming, professional environment where every customer feels valued.
· Transaction Processing
Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing, while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Assist customers with safe deposit box access, provide account information, and promote digital banking tools. Maintain attention to detail and deliver a seamless, secure experience with every transaction.
· Retail Deposit Operations and Compliance
Maintain working knowledge of all opening/closing procedures and teller operations in line with bank policies. Accurately verify and balance cash, negotiable items, and vaults, ensuring all sensitive materials are secured daily. Understand key regulations and stay informed on product risks, disclosures and service terms.
· Strategic Goals and Culture
Support the bank’s premier culture by upholding core values, fostering strong team relationships, and contributing to personal and organizational goals. Collaborate closely with the Banking Officer Manager, and team to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Post high school technical training or continuing education is desired. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills using tact and professionalism. Applies sales and service management techniques to achieve bank goals and objectives.
