We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Universal Banker. In this role, you’re the welcoming face customers rely on for everyday banking and beyond. From opening accounts to handling transactions, to providing smart guidance on checking, bank products and savings tools, you help customers reach their financial goals. You will provide excellent customer service that builds relationships, connects customers to the right services, and make every banking experience feel meaningful and rewarding.

What You'll Do:

· Customer Service Excellence and Relationship Development:

Deliver an exceptional banking experience from first contact through the full customer relationship. Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and build lasting loyalty. Promptly resolve inquiries, recommend and open appropriate products to deepen relationships.

· Transaction Processing

Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing, while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Assist customers with safe deposit box access, provide account information, and promote digital banking tools. Maintain attention to detail and deliver a seamless, secure experience with every transaction.

· Deposit Accounts:

Open and maintain a variety of accounts for personal and business customers through a variety of channels face-to-face, virtual etc. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth setups for complex accounts. Provide onboarding, follow-up and log activity. Review the customer report to match them with the right products, introduce them to relevant staff, and meet cross-selling goals.

· Retail Deposit Operations and Compliance:

Stay up to date on bank rules, account forms, and procedures. Know the details of our services and products and explain them clearly to earn customer trust.

· Strategic Goals and Culture

Support the bank’s premier culture by upholding core values, fostering strong team relationships, and contributing organizational goals. Collaborate closely with the Banking Officer Manager and Personal Banker to support the strategic goals that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience required. Banking experience is a plus but not required. High school education or equivalent. Post high school technical training or continuing education is desired. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills using tact and professionalism. Applies sales and service management techniques to achieve bank goals and objectives.
