We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to work on a job site in Bowling Green, Ohio, for an 18-month project. Additional opportunities may be available upon project completion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Comply with safety requirements and actively promote a positive safety culture.
- Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and business needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute the QMS strategy.
- Manage ISO 9001 certification processes, including coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation.
- Track, analyze, and report project progress to customers to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Ensure all quality system documents are current, controlled, and compliant with internal and external requirements.
- Lead internal and external audit activities, including scheduling, execution, reporting, and follow-up on nonconformities.
- Analyze audit results and manage audit findings to drive process improvements and communicate key insights to leadership.
- Ensure quality processes meet customer requirements and support successful audit outcomes.
- Introduce and integrate new quality systems, tools, and procedures as needed.
- Train and educate employees on QMS standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform additional quality and compliance-related duties as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry, quality management, and ISO 9001 systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, quality certification, training, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Auditing experience, including internal and/or external audits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-direction.
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes that support business and quality system requirements.
- Experience delivering training or facilitating learning sessions preferred.
- Willingness to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
