This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct client intakes, gather and document necessary information.
Guide potential clients through the intake and onboarding process.
Build rapport and establish trust with new clients.
Manage agreements, signatures, and records within the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and follow up on pending documents.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience (phone-based preferred).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; prior legal or intake experience a plus.
Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $45,000
