Are you passionate about cooking but lack professional experience? Do you dream of cooking professionally and want to learn from experienced chefs? If so, our Cook-in-Training program might be the perfect fit for you. We are looking for individuals with a love for cooking and a dedication to learning, who want to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
As a Cook-in-Training, you will:
- Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and execute seasonal and regional cuisine
- Learn to cook from scratch and develop your culinary skills
- Engage with teammates to achieve the common goal of providing excellent dining service
- Be mentored by our Executive Chef and Sous Chef, gaining valuable hands-on experience
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have a genuine love for cooking and a desire to learn
- Possess a warm, authentic approach to caring for others
- Are open-minded, personable, and accountable
- Are committed to high-quality food and presentation
- Can work efficiently and timely
Qualifications
- No prior professional cooking experience required - we will train the right candidate
- Minimum of 18 yrs or older
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- A love for seniors and a willingness to learn
