Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:
- Support residents with the completion of daily care as indicated in their service plans
- Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' physical and mental health
- Assist in development and revision of Service Plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
- Answer pages and call lights
- Our ideal candidate is friendly, observant, flexible, reliable, patient, organized, and helpful
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug test at time of job offer
- If you are new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful
- Paid job training and certifications
