What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating and contributing within a core team of quantitative consultants as well as a broader team of qualitative consultants, project managers, and design experts
- Serving as the primary project lead for small to mid-scale research projects, managing timelines and resources to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Supporting larger, more complex projects, thinking creatively and efficiently
- Drafting surveys that range in complexity, ensuring logic and flow are optimized for respondents
- Managing supplier relationships, overseeing programming, data collection, and data processing to ensure data quality and timeliness
- Synthesizing complex data sets, moving beyond “data reporting” to more meaningful analysis, identifying the “so-what” that connects data points to a client’s business strategy
- Crafting narratives to tell human stories that impact the client’s business, including drafting compelling deliverables (toplines, reports, etc.) that distill complex findings into clear insights
- Building strong client relationships as primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and providing proactive project updates
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and deliver on new business opportunities, including contribution to proposals and marketing efforts
- Mentoring junior talent and managing freelancers, providing direction and constructive feedback
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years prior hands-on quantitative primary (survey-based) research experience;;
and a creative and strategic mindset when it comes to data. - Experience designing and delivering on quantitative-led approaches, such as A&U, Brand Tracking, Concept Evaluation, Copy Testing, Jobs To Be Done, and Segmentation
- Familiarity with design and application of advanced analytics techniques, such as MaxDiff, TURF and Conjoint analysis
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets, PPT/Slides/Keynote, and Word/Docs; knowledge of DisplayR, SPSS, Decipher, or similar software a plus
- Strong writing skills are an absolute must,, as compelling and impactful storytelling is at the heart of our philosophy.

We offer a market-competitive salary anticipated around $80,000 - $90,000 base (dependent on experience and role). Actual salaries will vary depending on a qualified role, candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, location and internal equity.
