Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed
- Follow food safety protocols and handle food properly to prevent contamination
- Support the serving staff by providing timely assistance during meal service
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and functioning properly
- Contribute to a positive dining experience by providing friendly customer service and addressing guest needs promptly
- Assist with banquet setups and special event catering as required
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
