- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels
- Support offer coordination, onboarding, and other recruitment-related activities
- Help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience recruiting across a range of functional areas
- Knowledge of employment practices and hiring compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
