Responsibilities
- Provide Level II technical support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, Microsoft 365 applications, and general software issues.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), onboarding/offboarding activities, and shared resource access.
- Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file shares, print services, system patching, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, wireless networks, VLANs, switches, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.
- Assist with maintaining hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, backups, monitoring, endpoint management, and business continuity initiatives.
- Support technology across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments, including shared workstations, label printers, scanners, network drops, and security/camera systems.
- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365 issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user account management.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system changes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, or Network Support.
- Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and MFA.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, and user/group administration.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN connectivity, wireless networking, switching, VLANs, and firewall fundamentals.
- Experience supporting users in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with SQL Server administration, database troubleshooting, reporting, or writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems or experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, accounting, or CAD/CAM applications.
- Experience monitoring scheduled jobs, integrations, job queues, or automated processes.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, automation, endpoint management, backup solutions, or infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on-premises environments, storage systems, network switches, firewalls, and physical security systems.
