The Skagit Table in Mount Vernon, WA is looking for one kitchen manager to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 225 S 1st Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. This position is a salaried position and pays $70,000-$85,000 yearly DOE.

Responsibilities
- Plan the menu weekly and order product for the kitchen
- Understanding of dietary info, ingredients and proper labeling
- Maintain stock in the cooler, for markets and sample days
- Support catering with prep on Blackout weekends and work Blackout weekends (café responsibility lessens these weeks)
- Manage café team and make sure team is set up for success, well organized and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationship with customers and vendors
- Maintain inventory on toast
- Managing small drop offs during the week
- 90 day reviews for café employees
- Weekly management meetings
- 50 hours a week
