Bartender at The Skagit Table

The Skagit Table in Mount Vernon, WA is looking for one bartender to join our team. We are located on 225 S 1st Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

This is a seasonal, part time position with a wage range of $22-25 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Required to adhere to our dress code for events
Must bring your own wine key and pick up our bartending gear from the kitchen

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
