Position: Campaign Manager
Location: Washington State’s 2nd Congressional District
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience and campaign budget; potential for increase as fundraising grows)

About the Campaign
We are preparing a highly competitive, people-powered Congressional campaign in Washington’s 2nd District. The campaign will prioritize grassroots engagement, coalition building, and a progressive vision for economic, racial, and climate justice. We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead operations and strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall campaign plan, including field, digital, communications, and fundraising strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign operations, budgeting, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise campaign staff, fellows, and volunteers.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and allied organizations.
- Manage FEC compliance, reporting, and adherence to campaign finance regulations.
- Plan and execute voter contact programs, including canvassing, phone banking, and digital outreach.
- Work directly with the candidate on messaging, scheduling, and strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and endorsing organizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electoral campaigns, issue advocacy, or political organizing.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, FEC compliance, and/or field operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and volunteers in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Commitment to progressive values and a people-centered campaign approach.
- Knowledge of Washington State politics preferred, but not required.
