About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports day to day marketing operations for Siegel Suites and Siegel Select, two extended stay and furnished apartment brands operated by The Siegel Group. This role focuses on fulfilling marketing requests from onsite property teams, coordinating with the graphics department to ensure brand consistency, and supporting social media posting across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and complete marketing requests from properties including placing ads, invoice processing and purchase order requests
- Coordinate with the graphics team to ensure all materials are branded accurate and approved
- Communicate with vendors and onsite teams regarding timelines specifications and delivery
- Track and manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Assist with social media posting on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace and Google Business Profile
- Monitor posts for accuracy consistency and brand alignment
- Maintain organization and status tracking of marketing requests and projects.
- Associate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
- Comfortable communication with vendors and onsite property teams
- Familiarity with social media platforms especially Facebook and Google Business Profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
- Standing, walking, bending, sitting, and ability to lift up to 15lbs.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to company standards
- Must be able to pass drug and background screenings
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
