Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas throughout the building
- Perform floor care including stripping, sealing, finishing, and carpet care
- Clear trash, haul items, and set up spaces for meetings and events
- Keep walkways, parking areas, and building entrances clear of snow and debris
- Identify maintenance needs and minor repair issues and report them to the Corps Officer
- Recommend supply and service needs to keep the building running smoothly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or building maintenance work preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow through consistently without close supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and their proper use and upkeep
- Ability to identify maintenance needs and minor repair issues throughout the building
