GENERAL PURPOSE FOR JOB:
The Sales and Production Associate will be responsible to perform a wide variety of duties in the store and the production area. They will maintain order, create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment, and maintain good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
- Assist with daily store operations, displays, and cleanliness
- Handle donations respectfully; sort, price, hang, tag, and stock merchandise as directed
- Maintain proper organization by category, colorization, and rag-out schedule
- Cashier duties: follow cash-handling policies, assist customers, restock merchandise
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma preferred
SKILLS AND COMPETENICIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Able to create reports, spreadsheets and presentations
