Please submit an application to the Temporary Clerical Pool if you are interested in working temporarily in an office setting: working on computers, standard office equipment, and answering telephones (i.e. Administrative Assistant, File Clerk, Tutor…).
Temporary Clerical Employees may be called to work with very little advanced notice. Temporary assignments can be anywhere from 1 day to 6 months in length. This depends on the need of the department where the temporary employee will be placed.
Temporary employees will be paid only for hours worked.
Employees who are hired under a temporary status will be required to work the specific hours of the position they are filling. Temporary employees are also expected to maintain a good attendance record.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Clerical experience is a plus. Applicants must have a telephone contact number and be available on short notice for short-term employment.
