We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during special events and functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining needs are met throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy with orders and accommodating any special dietary requests.
- Clean up after events, including removing dishes, glassware, and other service items.
- Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
