Customer Service - Intake Specialist

HOURLY MONTHLY COMMISIONS

We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to help us win every call while adding value to our customers. The RV Shop is located within an 80,000sqft facility to house all types and sizes of RVs while offering a growing mobile service to dominate the Northeast. Key Functions

· Participate in the improvement and development of the company’s inside sales process by streamlining processes, developing sales packages, and enhancing the customer experience.

· Answer and make inbound/outbound calls; redirect calls as necessary.

· Set and schedule customer appointments; make upsell recommendations for their RV’s maintenance needs or possible upgrades.

· Increase sales through repair and maintenance recommendations; Upsell package upgrades and maintenance needs to customers.

· Keep customer profile information up to date with contact information and vehicle information.

· Maintain inbound and outbound call tracking sheet.

· Greet customers at the front desk and connect them with their Repair Manager; process payments for customers picking up and provide copy of their invoice.

· Create positive relationships with all customers by engaging in a friendly and supportive tone.

· Other Duties assigned by management.

· Sales Mindset; Sees every call and interaction as a sales opportunity, to benefit both the company and the customer’s wellbeing.

· Outgoing Personality; This role involves engaging and connecting with people in an area that you may be unable to relate to; use that as your advantage to hear and understand your customer’s needs.

· Strong Communication Skills; When securing any sale or appointment, it’s essential that all vital details are included and translated so that Operations can be successful.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
