What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at The Rosen Group?
We have an immediate need for a contract HR Business Partner for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client, located in Seymour, IN. The position is estimated to be 3-4 months.
Position will report to the Head of HR, with a dotted line to the plant manager. Employee relations, performance management and recruiting assistance, along with generating reports will be the primary focus of this role.
This is an onsite position.
