TITLE: IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (L3)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the escalation point for tier-2/3 support issues beyond the capacity of the existing support team
  • Own day-to-day IT operations and engineering tasks that currently fall to the Director — MDM, Okta administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and Jira
  • Lead and provide technical guidance to the existing service desk team onsite
  • Manage and coordinate with MSP vendors as needed for escalated infrastructure and networking issues
  • Own IT communications — maintenance notifications, incident updates, system outage alerts via Slack and email
  • Facilitate user training, lunch & learns, and onboarding support for new hires
  • Act as the onsite IT point of contact when the Director is not on premises
  • Own hardware lifecycle management — imaging, deployment, asset tracking, and refresh coordination
  • Support the Intune MDM environment — device enrollment, policy management, compliance reporting
  • Manage Okta — user provisioning, access requests, application assignments, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with IT project work as directed by the Director — including potential project lead responsibilities on initiatives such as the Intune migration

Technical Requirements:

  • Five (5 ) years of professional IT Support experience
  • Okta identity and access management
  • MDM — Intune (required), Jamf a plus
  • Microsoft 365 administration — Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • System administration — Windows and macOS
  • Jira — ticket management and service desk workflows
  • Endpoint management and imaging
  • Tier-3 escalation ownership — hardware and software
