Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent support to management within a construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Perform administrative tasks as requested by management
- Organize and maintain office systems and files
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Handle basic Human Resources tasks (e.g., onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee records)
- Manage Accounts Payable and assist with financial record-keeping
- Support daily operations to ensure efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
