What We're Looking For
We're seeking an ambitious person interesting is protecting family legacies by offering a full suite of Allstate products, including Auto, Home and additional personal lines, while building long-term client relationships. Success in this role comes from strong follow-up, consistent activity, pipeline creation, and execution—not from waiting for the phone to ring. Our sales approach is consultative and protection focused. We sell on proper coverage and long-term value—not price shopping or shortcuts. Insurance products are teachable. Work ethic, discipline, and resilience are not. Leads are provided!

Salary Range: $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and bind all Allstate products
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Ask for referrals—even when a sale is not made
- Bundle additional products by setting expectations early in the conversation
- Educate clients on coverage options and protection gaps
- Use professional sales techniques including tone control, mirroring, tie-downs, and storytelling
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance expectations
