Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling basic food items when needed
- Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline workflow during busy service periods
- Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a pristine environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
