We are looking for servers, hosts, and expediters.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations
- Seat guests efficiently, ensuring timely service and optimal table turnover
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Provide attentive guest services, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a clean dining environment
- Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols consistently throughout your shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates positive guest interactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions
- Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations in the food industry
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
