We are looking for servers, hosts, and expediters.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations
• Seat guests efficiently, ensuring timely service and optimal table turnover
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Provide attentive guest services, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a clean dining environment
• Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols consistently throughout your shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates positive guest interactions
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations in the food industry
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
