THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team on a temporary/contract basis. The contract duration is expected to last up to 6 months, with the possibility for extension and/or conversion depending on overall business need.
This Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports enterprise-level hiring within a corporate COE (Center of Excellence). The position focuses on high-volume recruiting, heavy phone screening, sourcing, and interview coordination.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on ATS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
JOB DETAILS:
- Pay range: $28-$33 per hour
- Hybrid role based in Blaine, Minnesota (typically one day per week onsite, schedule varies)
- Flexible schedule with preferred start times of 8:00 am or 9:00 am
- 6 Month Contract Assignment - with Potential for Hire - Full-time-40-Hours/week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple corporate departments
- Conduct frequent phone screens and interviews, averaging 6-8 interviews per day
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the ATS
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting activity and metrics to support hiring goals
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience (at years 2 years) in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on experience using an ATS or HRIS (system type flexible)
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Ability to manage a heavy phone screen and interview workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and drive results
