Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Support sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining outstanding service standards.
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume upscale casual, farm-to-table, chef-driven, or full-service restaurant concepts.
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant operations.
- Strong guest service, communication, and team development skills.
- Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and daily operations.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and seasonal cuisine.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
