We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a high-volume, farm-to-table, upscale casual restaurant known for its seasonally inspired menus, scratch-made cuisine, craft beverages, and exceptional hospitality.

The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and efficient FOH execution while partnering closely with BOH leadership. This role is highly visible on the floor and requires a leader who can coach, motivate, and develop teams while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily FOH operations and support overall restaurant performance.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Manage scheduling, labor, staffing, and shift execution.
- Assist with budgeting, labor control, inventory, and cost management.
- Support restaurant P&L performance and monitor key operational metrics.
- Oversee reservations, table management, opening/closing procedures, and service flow.
- Partner with Culinary Leadership to execute seasonal menu rollouts and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or hospitality leadership experience.
- Experience in upscale casual, farm-to-table, chef-driven, polished casual, fine dining, or full-service restaurant concepts.
- Strong FOH leadership with knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Experience with seasonally changing menus and scratch kitchens.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft beverage programs.
- ServSafe and alcohol service certifications are a plus.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
