A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced OTP Pro / 3 professional to support operations across multiple restaurant locations in Northern Florida.
You will support operational needs across four restaurant locations, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and effective execution.
Responsibilities will include:
• Support OTP Pro / 3 operations across multiple locations
• Work with restaurant leadership to ensure accurate and consistent processes
• Identify operational issues and help implement solutions
• Support managers and teams with system related needs
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Help improve operational efficiency across locations
• Communicate effectively with leadership and restaurant teams
• Travel between locations as needed
What We're Looking For
OTP Pro / 3 experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven hands on experience with OTP Pro / 3
• Experience supporting multiple restaurant locations
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem solving skills
• Comfortable working with restaurant leadership at multiple locations
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed
This is not an entry level opportunity and is not designed for someone who needs extensive training on OTP Pro / 3.
