Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and maintain vendor paperwork and compliance documentsAssist with event software data entry and document creation (maps, diagrams, presentations)Support client and vendor communications, including contracts, agreements, and feedback collectionManage invoicing, payment procedures, and vendor file auditsTrack expiring documents and proactively secure updated permits/licenses (city permits, COIs, business licenses, etc.)Organize digital folders on SharePoint and ensure proper labeling and accessibilityCollaborate with Operations Managers and leadership on administrative projects Requirements for SuccessStrong organizational and time management skillsTechnological proficiency with data entry, document creation, and online software toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressureInitiative and problem‐solving mindset with a sense of urgencyCommitment to collaboration and integrity in daily work Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $22–$26/hour (DOE)Discretionary annual bonus potential401K programHealth insurance benefits after a 90‐day probationary periodPaid time offFull‐time stability with growth opportunities Apply Today This is an urgent search.
