Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Schedule, direct, and develop management and hourly team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Implement operational improvements that drive productivity and guest satisfaction
Financial Management
- Manage full P&L performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial plans to achieve operational goals
- Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities, and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain proper cash handling, security, and inventory control procedures
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly staff
- Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Support employee retention, engagement, and career development initiatives
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication across the team
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards are consistently delivered
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements when necessary

Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations

Qualifications
- 5 years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and P&L management
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
