Director of Architecture & Design

We are seeking an experienced Director of Design & Architecture to lead the design and development of multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-unit restaurant or QSR design, with experience managing projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
• Lead design and architectural planning for new restaurant locations and remodels.
• Oversee layouts, construction plans, and design standards across multiple locations.
• Work with operations, construction, and external architects to ensure projects meet brand requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and design quality.
• Ensure consistency across all restaurant locations while supporting business growth.

Requirements
• Proven experience in design and architecture for a multi unit restaurant or QSR brand is required.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant development projects.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant layouts, construction, and building requirements.
• Experience working with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A stable employment history with demonstrated career progression is strongly preferred. Candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered.
