Job Description:
The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars is seeking an experienced Host with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. In addition to greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow, this role involves supporting our servers by running food, resetting tables, and assisting as needed. Experience with Tock is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests, manage reservations via Tock, and coordinate seating to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

Deliver attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

Run food, reset tables, and support servers and the dining room team, helping maintain a clean, organized dining area.

Develop a deep knowledge of the menu, wine offerings, and current promotions to assist guests with questions and enhance their experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, responding to guest concerns or special requests in a proactive and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a host in an upscale or high-volume restaurant; experience with Tock is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences, and a polished, professional demeanor.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and support the team under pressure.
