Location: Senior Living Community

Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: Daytime Hours (Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Schedule: Includes rotating weekend coverage

Pay Rate: $13.70 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and engaging Part-Time Life Sharing Associate (LSA) to join our life enrichment team! In this role, you will help create a vibrant, active, and meaningful environment for our residents by leading daily activities, social events, games, and dynamic life-sharing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Activities: Facilitate group and individual programs, including games, crafts, music, exercises, trivia, and special seasonal events.
• Encourage Resident Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with residents, learning their unique life stories, hobbies, and preferences to foster active participation.
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with setting up activity spaces, gathering materials, and keeping activity supplies organized.
• Promote Community Spirit: Help decorate for holidays, celebrate resident milestones, and maintain a warm, social atmosphere throughout the community.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal Attributes: Energetic, creative, patient, and dependable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Prior experience working with seniors, leading recreational activities, or working in personal care/memory care is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates with a heart for service are warmly welcome to apply!
• Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
