Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
$70,000 per year | Full-Time

Position Summary
The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide outpatient mental health services, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires direct clinical service delivery and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatric providers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
- Deliver crisis intervention and utilize motivational interviewing techniques as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other treatment team members to coordinate care
- Participate in treatment planning and case consultations
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Provide direct client care in a variety of settings, including school-based programs, outpatient mental health services, and behavioral consultation programs.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
Preferred:
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, documentation, and crisis intervention skills
- Administrative or supervisory experience
