Caregiver / Resident Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 3rd Shift (Overnights)
Location: The Residence at Presque Isle Bay — Erie, PA
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Position Type: Part-Time (3 days per week with rotating weekend coverage)
Pay Rates
- Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $16.60 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift differential)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $17.60 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift $1.00/hr CNA differential)
Growth & Incentive Programs
- Tenure-Based Raise Program: Earn an additional $2.00 / hour raise after your first year of service!
- Perfect Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 / hour raise every year for maintaining perfect attendance.
Position Overview
The Residence at Presque Isle Bay, an Integracare community, is seeking dependable, attentive Caregivers and CNAs to join our overnight care team on a part-time basis! In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, peace of mind, and well-being of our residents during the nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety checks and monitor resident well-being throughout the night.
- Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
- Assist residents with night-time repositioning, personal care, and early morning routines.
- Maintain a tranquil, quiet, and secure environment across the community during overnight hours.
- Keep clear, accurate shift documentation and provide thorough handoff reports to the incoming 1st shift team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification: Current PA CNA license required to receive the $17.60/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are fully welcome to apply at the $16.60/hr tier).
- Experience: Prior experience in senior living, personal care, or overnight care preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are fully welcome to apply—we provide comprehensive training!
- Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
