Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Event Coordinator Intern and dive into the exciting world of event planning and management! The Reset Social Club is looking for a motivated intern to help facilitate our events from start to finish — coordinating vendors, venue contacts, and logistics to make sure every event is a success. This is a mostly remote internship with required in-person attendance at our bi-weekly Sunday events (next events: August 16 and August 30, 12–3pm). Perfect for individuals eager to develop skills in hospitality, project management, and client communication, this role provides a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to the vibrant events industry. You'll work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of event logistics, vendor relations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties

• Assist in planning and executing The Reset Social Club's events, ensuring every detail is handled for a smooth, memorable experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, venues, and suppliers — coordinating logistics, confirming details, and upholding quality standards.
• Manage relationships with our brand partners (such as Celsius, Drywater, and others) to ensure their needs are met on-site.
• Help coordinate event timelines, schedules, and on-site setup and breakdown.
• Communicate with venue contacts to confirm space, timing, and requirements ahead of each event.
• Support event logistics including supplies, layouts, and day-of troubleshooting to keep everything running on schedule.
• Provide excellent guest services by welcoming attendees, answering questions, and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event execution with our brand and content goals.
• Track event details and help keep documentation organized before, during, and after each event.

Experience

• Enthusiastic learners with a strong interest in event planning, hospitality, or marketing.
• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace for documentation and organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination, client interaction, and team collaboration.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable problem-solving on the fly in a live event setting.
• Available every other Sunday for in-person events (required).
• Experience with event management software or CRM systems is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
