Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects and provide guidance during the vehicle selection process
- Manage sales opportunities promptly and answer all questions or concerns based on the company's Standards.
- Become a product expert in all Nissan products
- Be able to provide a detailed explanation of the features and benefits of New & Pre-Owned vehicles.
- Provides a warm, positive, and happy environment for our clients, their children, and fellow teammates.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Hours:
- Monday through Saturday on a rotating schedule. No Sundays. This is a full-time position offering a great benefits package and ongoing sales training and advancement within the company.
- 4x10 (Work 4 Days and Off 2 Days)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Prior sales are a plus
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
- Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, Internet, MS Outlook, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
