The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in a clear and efficient way with consumers to assist our established Internet Sales teams to help turn leads into appointments and sales. Excellent leadership abilities and a proven Management track record are required to be successful in this role. The position will handle ALL In-Bound Internet Leads, In-Bound Phone Calls, Manage All Exchange Campaigns, and Manage all Service Campaigns for ALL Renaissance Locations in North Carolina & Virginia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Communicate effectively with internet clients and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or text).
- Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
- Manage sales opportunities promptly and answer all questions or concerns based on the company's Standards.
- Schedule appointments with clients either at the dealership or at the location of choice.
- Provides a warm, positive, and happy environment for our clients, their children, and fellow teammates.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Initiating 100 PLUS outbound calls per day.
- Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Hours:
- Monday through Saturday on a rotating schedule. No Sundays. This is a full-time position offering a great benefits package and ongoing training and advancement within the company.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales are a plus
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
- Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, Internet, MS Outlook, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
