What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and key healthcare partners
- Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout an assigned territory
- Partner closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Develop territory growth strategies focused on expanding market share and increasing revenue performance
- Support sales initiatives through provider education, presentations, meetings, and in-services
- Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and territory activity updates
- Stay informed on disease states, specialty therapies, reimbursement trends, and payer dynamics
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused culture centered around service and access
What You Bring
- Experience in business development, healthcare sales, or relationship management
- Background in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related healthcare environment preferred
- Understanding of reimbursement and payer processes is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a fast-paced territory
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
