Responsibilities · Sales Support o Assist sales representatives with system specification analysis to provide clear, documented, and coordinated requirements. o Support Site Surveys for projects, complete administrative requirements to build accurate bills of material and quotes. o Assist with preparing quotes for complex projects. o Partner with core sales representatives to evaluate customer requirements and present value-added products and services. o Conduct compelling demos, assist with sales presentations, and train the sales force as needed.
o Review and design solutions, create facility layouts, prepare bills of material, collect vendor pricing, and support customer proposals. o Liaise with other departments and external sources to address technical questions and assist with any impacts on the implementation schedule. o Coordinate with Carolina Handling, Raymond, and other vendor personnel during initial site-related activities to identify technical requirements.
o Assist Project Managers in managing and implementing solutions by coordinating with sales representatives, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are ordered accurately, installed on time, and completed within budget. o Maintain a working knowledge of all ISG Solution-related opportunities requiring continued support to move them through the Sales Pipeline. o Ensure all projects are documented in CRM prior to engaging in support including Opportunity naming convention, unit quantity and dollars; thus, ensuring accuracy of the sales pipeline.
o Research and recommend emerging technical solutions. o Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the warehouse systems, related components, and sales/commercial acumen. o Maintain working knowledge of the latest installation procedures and options, including pictures of various warehouse sites.
o Network with other dealer resources and establish a support group. o Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to stay current on industry trends and changes. · Perform any other duties as assigned or required to support the company's overall operations and objectives. |

Requirements All potential hires are subject to pre-employment checks which include but are not limited to background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks. · College degree or equivalent experience preferred. · 2-4 years of experience in material handling sales, automation, or similar industries preferred. · Proficient in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. · Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other software suites preferred. · Proficient in basic pricing and bill of materials preparation for quoting purposes. · Visio or other related flow diagram software preferred. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment. · Adept at assimilating and disseminating information in a professional manner. · Demonstrate a team approach and work with others in pursuing common goals. · Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. · Demonstrate resourcefulness and judgment to resolve routine problems relating to assigned projects. · Good organizational skills with high-level self-structure, producing accurate work with strong attention to detail. · Ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and effectively. |
