Family Office Bookkeeper/Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and monitoring delinquencies
  • Calculate and apply interest and late fees; prepare periodic AR reporting
  • Record daily securities trading activity and reconcile positions with brokers
  • Perform daily cash and securities data entry and reconciliations
  • Execute cash transactions, including wires and intra-bank transfers
  • Prepare and distribute daily securities reports
  • Complete monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with Controller, CFO, and ownership on reporting and financial operations


Qualifications:

  • 7 years of relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting experience; real estate or family office experience a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
