The QTI Group is partnering with a real estate development company seeking a Property Manager to oversee two residential properties. This full-time, on-site role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working independently, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of daily operations. The Property Manager will support leasing efforts, guide residents through the full rental process, and help maintain smooth operations across two residential properties.
This is a full-time, on-site position, typically working Monday through Friday 8AM–5PM, with some flexibility based on office needs. The Property Manager will work alongside a small team and split time between two properties. The pay rate starts at $27 /hr. based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leads leasing efforts, including tours, showings, application processing, and lease execution.
- Oversee daily property operations and support maintenance and leasing staff.
- Manages move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit processing.
- Handles rent collection, delinquency management, and resident communication.
- Coordinates maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and apartment turnover.
- Maintains accurate records and prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Conducts market studies and monitors competitive properties.
- Manages property budgets, orders supplies, and maintains inventory.
- Completes general office tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of property management experience is required.
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and industry standards.
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or Yardi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong sales, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
- Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check upon receiving an offer.
