Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders)
- Maintain accurate project files and systems
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials and information
- Support permit applications and compliance processes
- Generate and distribute reports and meeting notes
- Assist with project closeout and final documentation
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Use construction management software for submittals and tracking
Qualifications:
- Education, certification or experience in Project Coordination or related
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar software preferred
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Self-motivated problem solver with a collaborative mindset
