The QTI Group is partnering with a residential real estate management company seeking a Leasing Specialist to support one of their residential communities in the Middleton area. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional who enjoys working independently, communicating clearly, and assisting residents throughout the leasing process.
This is a full-time, on-site position, typically working Monday through Friday 8AM–5PM, with some flexibility based on office needs. The pay rate starts at $24 /hr. based on experience, and competitive benefits are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings.
- Process applications, including reference checks, credit checks, approvals, and file creation.
- Prepare and execute leases, coordinate move-ins, and support move-outs.
- Assist residents with inquiries and daily requests.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general office duties including copying, filing, and delivering notices.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling.
- Collect rent and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Conduct market studies and assist with property operations as directed by the Property Manager or Director of Operations & Property Management.
- Perform errands and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong multitasking, follow-up, and sales abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check upon receiving an offer.
