Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Specialist at CHT Apartments, located in Madison, WI. The Leasing Specialist will play an essential role in assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal home, typing up lease documents/agreements, and representing CHT with professionalism. Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, coordinating new leases and renewals, addressing resident inquiries, creating positive relationships to enhance retention, and ensuring that leases are accurate and compliant. The role also involves collaborating closely with the rest of the leasing team and maintenance to meet the company's goals and uphold CHT’s commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in leasing processes (not required, but recommended)
- Strong skills in Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management is an advantage.
