Proprietors operates a fast paced, focused kitchen that draws inspiration from various styles of cuisine.
We are seeking a Baker/Pastry Assistant for our upcoming season beginning in April. The Baker/Pastry Assistant will be responsible for daily inventory of pastry kitchen, production of pastry items, breads, ice cream, etc.
The Baker/ Pastry Assistant is expected to work closely with the Chef and Sous Chef and develop and maintain the preparation and execution of all pastry production.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, organized, a good communicator, has a tireless work ethic, and is able to bring a positive attitude to the team.
Duties include but are not limited to, daily prep, development of specials and pantry items, cleaning and organization, ordering and inventory.
Salary based on experience. End of season bonus is available.
Salary : $1,500 - $2,000
